A happy 64 at 6:45. Knew it would rise by the time I bolused for breakfast so I didn't do anything about the slight low. By 7:30 it was 82.

I noticed you have a lot of posts with BG numbers in the hypo range. Several times in the 40s which you can easily pass out from and readings that have never gone over the mid 90s even when your A1C was over 10.

Just curious, but did you calibrate your tester against the lab resuts? Whenever I get a BG draw in the lab, I always test before and after the venus puncture to make sure my tester is accurate.

87 this morning ... my morning BGL is usually between 85 - 95 depending on what I had for dinner and how long after dinner I test. Usually it's about 9-hours or so.

If I eat later, especially something with heavy carbs, I can expect a BGL around 100 - 110.

I haven't followed CSTJ4's posts, but your comment on readings in the 40's caught my eye. Have you passed out in that range? While I sure don't like functioning there - it really feels uncomfortable - I've never felt a lack of control or remotely like passing out. Of course, I haven't really spent much time operating in that range....

79 @ 4:20 AM, then after an hour walking on the treadmill and 40 push-ups and set-ups with no intake other than water and no meds or insulin it was 89. It goes up 10 - 15 every morning after exercise.

My FBS was 116, which for me is good. I am trying to find a routine for bedtime that will help with this darn dawn phenomonen?? I have usually ran in the 120's 130's.Drinking 1/2 glass of silkened soymilk with 8 carbs and 6 sugars at bedtime is helping bring the morning readings down. I also have been getting up earlier, like 6:30 am,so I can eat earlier and stop this liver from putting out its glycogen. I just want something that helps.

I was at 81 this morning. Just checked my average for the month and I am at 100 exactly for my first month.
