139.. went to bed in the 80's... I usually have a little DP, rarely do I wake up below 120...

ugh 213...got some aches and a tickle in my throat..170 last night before bed and corrected to reach 90..pretty sure it's not a dump

96 for me this morning. Had a pretty big dinner last night (steak and veggies) so I was surprised.

94 but I ate modestly and worked out ...

Initial A1c Feb 6 09: 12%
Aug 24 A1c (MD office) 5.5%
Jul ... C-pep 1.3, GAD-65 > 30

metformin 1000 mg BID
Simvastatin 80 mg
Ramipril 5 mg
T4 125 mcg
baby aspirin
Vitamin D3, 2000 IU (blood values normal, advised to continue this dose by endo)
CoQ10 100 mg
Eating 70 - 90 g carb per day
Interval training on recumbent cycle
BMI is down to ca. 25.8



According to Joslin's Diabetes, 2005 ed., 5 - 30% of those diagnosed as Type 2 actually have LADA.

Mine was a 95 this morning. Glad to see that. But yesterday it was 109. Not glad to see that. I'm up and down.

200 for me. Having a terriblr time getting mine down and keeping it there. I got fresh Lantus and Novolog, am being very careful with my meals, trying to exercise some, even increased Lantus. Lots of stress, but it has been several days.

142 for me, which is great compared to what I usually am. What is the number we should be trying for? I thought under 130. I feel like I'll never get there.

-Metformin HCL 1,000mg at dinner, 1000mg at bedtime.
-Amaryl 2mg at breakfast, 2mg lunch, then 4mg at dinner.
-Synthroid 100mcg in the morning

-Vit D deficiency- 2000 IU vit D (in addition to multivitamin)
-Iron deficiency-iron supplement

I think that under 120 fasting would be a more accurate target. I find myself shooting for under 100, and that seems to be the trend that I'm noticing in this thread.

That said, 120 may be unrealistic if you have some DP issues in the morning, and then focusing more on your after meal numbers would make more sense to me.
