Eating 70 - 90 g carb per day
Interval training on recumbent cycle
BMI is down to ca. 25.8 According to Joslin's Diabetes, 2005 ed., 5 - 30% of those diagnosed as Type 2 actually have LADA. |

Art | 200 for me. Having a terriblr time getting mine down and keeping it there. I got fresh Lantus and Novolog, am being very careful with my meals, trying to exercise some, even increased Lantus. Lots of stress, but it has been several days.

I find myself shooting for under 100, and that seems to be the trend that I'm noticing in this thread.
That said, 120 may be unrealistic if you have some DP issues in the morning, and then focusing more on your after meal numbers would make more sense to me.
