Medic ID

Hey All,
Do any of you have one and if so what did you put on it?

I'm looking for a nice SPORTS medic ID.
One that will hold up to sweat and take a beating.
I'm a big "Meat Head" LOL So it has to fit a larger wrist.
I want it for when I go for my jogs by myself.
Thanx!

Thanx,
I like the Road ID's
I did get a little pocket that hooks on my running shoes and holds an ID from my local spots store.
I have a laminated card with my contact info, Name, T2 and Blood type.
