Smile Beside Myself with HAPPY

I was dxed a week ago and I just had my first reading less than 3 digits. Yes I have been working hard this last week to watch what I eat and I finally did it, 92 was the reading and I am so proud.

okay, that is great!! keep it up!! perfect! you are doing great!! and below 80 is fine says my endo, below 60 is a worry though, but I do not think you have that to worry about it the moment. keep testing!

quinipril- 10 mg a day
metformin ER 500 a day
80 mg varapimil 3 x a day

my lipid profile is finally amazing.

Yaaay! Way to go with the numbers!

I agree with Yannah, don't worry too much about dipping low. Keep a check on it, but below 80 isn't too bad, and since you're just lowering it with diet (You're not on any meds, right?), you shouldn't have to worry too much about lows.
