This Group Is GREAT

I Sure have missed Ya'll!! I did not realize how much support I got from this site. But these past months that I have taken a "break" from DF..I have also taken a "break" from diabetes. I have gained 50 lbs, LORD knows what my labs look like, my depression took over and...well, I just kinda quit trying. All because Kaiser decided they would not do baiariatric surgery for a until July 10 because I had a to be hospitalized for depression in July 09. That threw me into even more depression. I even relapsed in my 12 step program.
But now I think I am up to starting over and trying again. I'M SO GLAD TO BE BACK!!

Thank you Yannah! I'm finally feeling like trying again! I know that may sound odd. But I have alot of problems besides D that I have to battle psych stuff, substance stuff..and they all pounced on me at once..but now I feel like fighting again!! And just in time I think..because my son, whom I love dearly, and his partner whom I have grown to love as well had just about given up on me I think. Or just about seen all that they could handle. Too many trips to the hospital and psyche ward. I pray that is all behind me now!

I actually asked to stay a few extra days this last time. I safer in there. I don't think my son will EVER understand that.
