    Smile Dr. Appointment

Went to my Dr. Appointment on Friday, & found out that I have lost 37lbs, & my A1C that has been 14.6, is now 9.2 YES It's been 3 1/2 months from my last Dr. appointment. I am sooo happy. It's been a real struggle for me but I did it. I hope to be down to 6 by my next visit in March.
All this & my 40th wedding anniversary too. YES!!

Atta girl and congratulations on all of the above. 40 YRS, wow, you must be doing something right. Hope you spoil each other on the anniversary. Now to work on that 9.2 just a little bit.

Wow...MUCH better, Robin! Your work is paying off. Keep it up. Your weight loss is impressive in so short a time, and you'll feel so much better as your A1c approaches 6.

BTW, happy anniversary! FORTY YEARS??? Wow, a great achievement.
