I regularly have tummy issues (due to other illnesses) and I had to find an alternative to my usually stomach soothers. I have had success with sugar free jello, greek yogurt mixed with cream and sweetener and broccoli cheddar soup (again with tons of cream). I keep my portions small so that I don't "set things off" again.
I also like to use a bit of sparkling water or diet soda instead of plain water. I don't know why but plain water can make the tummy gurgling and whatnot even worse.
