      Sept '10 - 13.8
      Nov '10 - 8.2
      Dec '10 - 6.5
      Jan '11 - 5.8
      GHb - A1C
      Mar. '11 - 7.2 (or- a 5.4 HBa1c reading)
      HB - A1C
      Jun. '12 - 5.9
      Metformin 500mg x 2 (down to 1 pill per day which I split into AM/PM)
      LCHF diet and I eat to my meter

      Well geez, I'm late to the party as usual!!! This is just totally ...AWESOME! And without meds - congratulations!
      Type 2

      Dx: 11-May-2012, FBG 330
      Rx: Metformin 1000mg BID, Diovan - Lipitor stopped 9-Sep-2012
      Diet: VLC/HF (~30 carbs daily)

      HbA1c @ Dx: ~12s (11-May-2012)
      HbA1c: 5.4 (30-Aug-2012)
      HbA1c: 5.3 (30-Nov-2012)

      Pain is a given, misery is optional.

      Late but right on point- it is awesome
      Diagnosed 4/2012 11.7 a1c Fbg 241
      Currently on no meds
      8/2012 5.9 A1C
      1/2013. 5.8
      4/2013 5.7- sensing a pattern here!
      Diet-- staying under 50 grams a day of carbs. Not weighing anything mostly rough estimates

      Exercise-- 7 days a week but trying to keep it varied. Raquetball, biking, walking with Rocky and now a little lifting

      30 units Lantus - 2,550 mg Metformin - 2400 mg Ibuprofen
      Diet:
      LCHF ketogenic 30 to 40 carbs per day and dabbling in Paleo
      Exercise:
      3+ miles treadmill and lifting most days and some elliptical
      Weight Loss:
      100.5 Pounds
