Hi Starviper,

It would be a good idea if you introduce yourself and tell us what the survey is for. You are unlikley to get many responses to your survey unless we know a bit more about it and you.

is this for a business because if it is no offense but it doesn't seem right for you to ask us to answer it without at least an explanation
