| | | Feeling Despondant I'm feeling down. I'm totally bored, I'm stuck inside my house as I dont drive and live in the country. The weather is set to be terrible and my internet access is erratic. Phone is also busted so I cannot even ring my girlfriend.
Last night I entertained thoughts about a more permanent solution to my diabetes.
I've also given up on religion aswell though I think that was coming for a while anyway.
so what do you do when you're feeling down ?

| | | I found becoming really active chases those blues away & makes me better company for me & others.
If you dont dance then try serious exercising, clean your digs, re-arrange the furniture, wash or paint the walls.

| | Okay, a few things. you live in Ireland- the weather is always terrible, so don't let that get you down. When your net access is up, try Pandora Radio - Listen to Free Internet Radio, Find New Music for music. A long walk is really a great mood elevator.

| | hey irish
sorry to hear you're feeling a bit down in the dumps
try going for a walk and take your camera with you, some shots of stormy clouds would be great. whenever i'm down i try and go for a walk, even if it's pouring with rain it's better than moping around the house.
hope you feel better soon

| I live at home. Everyone is away. I've been in better humour too. I hope its not a phase although my blood sugar is now 14.9 because its Sunday and lunch / dinner gets mixed about!

| | I find that when I am down, I come on here. Always someone around to cheer me up. I just went through a month long depression and I know that without my friends here, I don't know what I would have done or where I would be right now.
I have MSN and Yahoo Messenger. If you ever need to talk, just contact me here or one of those.
Hang in there and don't give up.
