Hello everyone, i must first say i am very sorry as it has been about 18months since i posted. but i thought i was doing well and didnt need the support as much

However i have been through the mill recently and i thought i might see how you all were. And perhaps meet some friends while im at it. I dont know any other diabetics and sometimes find it hard around my "normal" friends. Anyway would love to hear from you guys

Hey Benfi,

Sorry to hear it aint going so good, I am always up for a chat with anyone, cant promise to help but usually can raise a smile, if you ever wanna natter then let me know, it helps to talk to those in the same situation as I find others can sympathise but not fully understand.

I liked what little I actually saw of it. I was there both times on business with the telephone company and I mostly saw telephone switch rooms and offices. This was about 20 years ago.

well it has changed alot! it is quite a hub of excitement now apparently! not that i get to see it as i am at work most of the time ha ha

I used to live near Harrogate and know Leeds quite well, I am on t'other side of the big hill now, what some may say is the wrong side, but as I always say its the right side of Watford Gap....he he

mister Q, i know what you mean, with my job a have lived all over including down south and i dont want to put anywhere down but i know where i prefer
