If the title sounds yummy, like a crunchy granola bar, sorry. What I mean by "crunch" is, like,
a numbers crunch, crunching the carbs - making 'em lower.
One member said they keep their carbs to under 50 per day. I think that is terrific.
It's my goal, too. Yes, it's hard. But well worth the effort. Those bad numbers turn into
good numbers with each passing day...Next thing you know, you blood work comes back
and what a reward you get for all the hard work.
