I take multivitamin 1/2 2x day' date=' multi-mineral 1/2 2x day, 4,800mg fishoil day(at night so I don't have to taste it all day), 4000units of Vitamin D3, and I started taking 98% micronized resveratrol about 2 months ago 250mg 2x day. I am almost sixty and no high blood pressure yet, but am becoming what they call insulin resistant? Is this a term anyone is familiar with? My biggest problem right now is high cholesterol at total chol. of 382, but I am scared that the pre-diabetes will go Type II and a friend told me to take resveratrol. Has anyone tried it? If so, is it working to bring sugars down?
