Exercise

Hello~I have had diabetes 34 years and I LOVE to exercise. I walk-jog 3 times every day-rain, hail, sleet or snow--It makes me feel great. (knock on wood) I am in great shape and feel that controling diabetes is an all round job-from food, exercise to positive thinking. Works for me .

 

In the summer I camp every week and love to ride bikes (mountain) , and swim everyday and yes walk too. I have no children but love dogs and have a basset hound.(who walks with me--and no way is she slow-I think she runs on the energizer batteries ;-)
