I think i have diabetes type 2

I must agree with Harold about the testing method.


1) Good time would be just right after you wake on empty stomach.

2) 2 hour after eating.


I was diagnosed borderline type-2 diabetics and been struggling with exercise and eating right.

I usually do okay with stablizing my BG level, What really suks is my non-diabetes friends!


1) Evening scene with my friends kills me - drink + good food + girls(it's hard to explain 10 times a night that why I cannot drink too much or not eat that sweet cinamon or tons of carbo junk food at club, etc)

2) Friend brought Cavel ICECREAM!!! Bday cake made me almost cry.

3) Friend eating / drinking sweet stuff around me all day...ugh...
