Looking for a Low Carb/Calorie Salad Dressing

I browsed in a kitchen store, fun, and bought a pretty olive oil cruet and a smaller one for wine vinegar (the kind with tops that pour without opening). I keep them on the counter. I make my salad and sprinkle both on top and then salt & pepper. I don't miss the salad dressings in a bottle. Balsamic vinegars have sugar so I use wine/garlic flavor. Much more economical than bottled stuff.
