Dinner: chinese - chicken and vegetables (carrots, celery, garlic, ginger, no rice) with teriyaki sauce

Before bed: can of TJ's eggplant with onions in tomato sauce

snack: 1 slice baby swiss cheese, 2 strips fully cooked uncured bacon, later on the road 1/2 bar cranberry almond Kind bar.

Late lunch (or early dinner):  large greek salad with feta and grilled chicken strips, 1 square 72% dark chocolate

Snack: 7 grain sprouted bread toast, 1 oz chives cream cheese,

Before bed:  chicken sausage link with blue cheese mustard

 

Daily values:  1852 cal, 74g carbs, 119g fat, 89g protein, 16g fiber

Breakfast later: smoked chicken sausage, 4 mushrooms in 1 tbsp butter, coffee, tea

Lunch: chicken chili (broth, chicken, spices, some kidney beans), uncured beef frank and zucchini

Dinner: stuffed bell pepper bolognese, carbmaster cinnamon roll yogurt, tea w/dark chocolate square :rolleyes:

Before bed: walnuts

 

Daily values:  1529 cal, 79g carbs, 87g fat, 92g protein, 29g fiber
