Lunch: 4oz beef hotdog (no bun),  baby greens, 12 parmesan crisps

Dinner(early): 1/4 roasted spaghetti squash, meatballs bolognese

Snack, kind bar, 2oz parmesan

 

Have not counted nutrients, carbs for the day about 29g, fiber 7g

Dinner: corned beef and cabbage with butter (no potatoes, a couple of baby carrots), tea

 

Daily values: 1570 cal, 77g carbs (49g fiber), 94g fat, 100g protein

Dinner: leftover grilled eye-of-round stirfried with veggies and curry powder, coffee with heavy cream, Carbmaster raspberry/white chocolate yogurt, 1 teaspoon Nonesuch mincemeat

Then snack: 3 (21-gram) slices Swiss

Average for the day: 105

Dinner: tikka masala with cubed pork chop, 2 cups broccoli, tea

before bed: cinnamon roll carbmaster yogurt, small handful of walnuts

 

Daily values: 1742 cal, 88g carbs (37g fiber), 100g fat, 129g protein

Lunch: salad (lattice, tomatoes, cucumbers, green olives, bacon bits) with blue cheese dressing, sprouted bread toast, 1 oz cream cheese;

Snack: small apple;

Dinner: 6 oz mushrooms, 4 oz steak strips in 1 tbsp butter, tea

Before bed: cinnamon roll carbmaster yogurt, walnuts

 

Daily values:  1440 cal, 54g carbs (13 fiber),  48g fat, 128g protein

Dinner (early): homemade minestrone (no noodles or potatoes, lots of cabbage and some cannellini beans); hard to account for calories, etc.

Later: kind bar, tea
