Dinner: grilled chuck fajitas (beef, roasted onions and bell peppers, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese), coffee with heavy cream, "Enlightened" salted caramel ice cream bar (17 grams carbs, of which 5 are fiber and 6 erythritol, which doesn't affect my blood sugar--the other six are, in fact, cane sugar, but I wanted to see what would happen)
