Dinner: 3/4 cup white bean and ham soup, pepperoni & Swiss omelet over lettuce and half a dozen grape tomatoes, coffee with heavy cream, 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black
8:36 PM:  120 (not bad, for having eaten the bean soup, I guess)

Later snack:  2 tbsp raw almond butter, Kroger no-sugar-added fudge bar

Average for the day: 102

Sorry to hear you are unwell, drink plenty of fluids if you can - get an IV line put in if you cannot drink water. Dehydration and infection go hand in hand, it might get out of control.

Dinner: a cup of chicken chili, very brothy, some kidney beans

 

Was not really hungry for several days, I assume its the effect of trulicity injection I have received. Can't even look at slice of salami (nauseated; last mouthful tasted like fish "gag"), looking for lighter meal options and smaller meals. Crave zucchini and broccoli. Weird  🤔
