Dinner: chicken chili, very brothy, some pinto beans (a half cup of beans in the whole pot), tea

It's a can of sparkling (seltzer) water (unflavored), 3 or so oz. of heavy cream (really, to taste), and SF salted caramel syrup.  Pour the cream and flavored syrup into a mug (16 oz. or so), then add the water.  (It's a variation on a chocolate egg cream, made without the seltzer spray bottle.)  Last night, I used SF Almond Roca syrup.
