Have not eaten much last 3 days, fighting cold.

Mostly heated fluids like tea and broth; had hot milk at night and it raised my BG to 142 in the morning.

Must avoid drinking carbs...

Finally, pulled myself together after 5 days of cold

Monday, May 20th

Breakfast: sprouted 7 grain toast, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, coffee

Lunch: white chicken chili, very brothy (put only 1/2 cup pinto beans into the hole pot of 8 cups or so)

Snack: CM yogurt

Another snack: slice 7 grain bread with 3 strips of TJ pre-cooked bacon

Dinner late: leftover rotisserie roast with 2 "pucks" of frozen spinach, steak sauce, tea
