Dinner: Greek salad with chicken, lots of kalamata olives, panera's bottled dressing, extra olive oil

11:00 AM (snack):  1 oz. Irish whiskey

12:32 PM (before lunch):  91
Lunch: 3 slices pastrami, 1/8 wheel triple-cream brie, 1/4 cup unsalted mixed nuts

2:10 PM (snack):  coffee with heavy cream

4:15 PM (snack):  1/2 cup TJ's almond/cashew/macadamia milk (my son had bought it, and offered me a taste:  it was fine, and I'd drink it if I felt like having a glass of milk, but I haven't been a big milk drinker for decades--ever since discovering, during college, that I have a mild lactose intolerance that limits my milk intake)

5:13 PM    (before dinner): 92
Dinner: grilled eye-of-round steak (4 oz.), lettuce with ranch dressing, low-carb chocolate/peanut butter ice cream

7:00 PM (at the musical "Rock of Ages," playing at a local theatre; the story is set inside a bar, which actually sold drinks before the start of the play and during intermission)(snack):  a full pour of Blood Orange sour IPA.

10:00 PM (back home): 87
