Lunch:  0.9 Louisiana hot, 1/2 cup (in-shell) salt-and-pepper pistachios, Carbmaster banana cream pie yogurt

4:02 PM (before snack):  90
Snack:  1/2 oz. pork rinds

6:14 PM (before dinner): 89
Dinner:  8 oz. cabernet sauvignon, Costco salmon patty, salad (lettuce, feta, pesto, hard-boiled egg), 1/4 cup unsalted, mixed nuts
8:30 PM:  99

Average for the day:  96

Macronutrients:  73 grams carbs (21 grams fiber), 150 grams fat, 95 grams protein

Breakfast: steel cut oats, coffee

Lunch: rotisserie chicken and green beans, iced water

Snack: slice of cheese, strawberries

Dinner: chicken chili (thin, little beans); toasted 7 grain sprouted bread, slice of cheese, tea

Dinner: small roast beef sandwich (2 slices sprouted 7 grain bread), bowl of homemade chili (brothy, some pinto beans)

Lunch:  Michelob Ultra, ThinkThin Chocolate brownie crunch bar (21 grams sugar alcohols, 1 gram fiber out of 24 grams carbs; this was a test (daughter visited, left most of a box of ThinkThin bars); low-carb chocolate/peanut butter ice cream with whippped cream
3:45 PM: 104

5:59 (before dinner):  81
Dinner: innards of a chile relleno burrito (with guacamole), 2 oz. Irish whiskey
8:29 PM:  81

[Then haircut, and meeting with a client. (Snack was so I could skip lunch.)
