so, you do not do much dairy or eggs.  can I ask about that?   this morning:  TJ chicken sausage, eggbeaters, and half avocado. (should have used a little spinach in that).

1:15 PM (lunch, back at Manuel's Tavern):  Beyond Burger patty, tomato, onion, side salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, onion. bleu cheese dressing), some crumbled bleu cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped red onion my daughter couldn't eat from her Cobb salad

[Do not believe anyone who tells you that either the Impossible Burger or the Beyone Burger tastes just like a real burger.]

Lunch: picked meet and veggies from philly sub at the business meeting, iced tea

Snack: 2 slices of cheese

Dinner: large slice of sausage lasagna (friend brought it, I ate some noodles, I tried picking them off but not all), tea. A little too late in the day.

Lunch: Homemade pizza piled high, hubby likes it - had toppings off two large slices, tuscan melon, sparkling water

Snack: Montezuma absolute black chocolate, a 1/3 of a bar

Dinner: stir-fry (baby bok choy, peppers, onions, water chestnuts, carrots, couple sugar snap peas), used a lot of Thai basil in the end to brighten the flavor; 1/2 cup pistachio ice cream
