Thursday, October 11:

Lunch (at the airport, waiting for my plane):  1/4-lb burger (no bun) with lettuce, tomato, two onion rings, bacon, cheddar; 3 french fries, coffee    

8:18 PM (before dinner):  86
Dinner (finally at the hotel in Monterey, split a room-service burger with Mrs. S):  1/4-lb burger (no bun), with lettuce, tomato, sliced red onion, bacon, pepperjack; side salad (lettuce, two black olives, bleu cheese dressing)

Macronutrients:  39 grams carbs (16 grams fiber), 121 grams fat, 85 grams protein

6:07 PM (at a reunion of employees of a prior employer that went out of business in 2008 (at The Irish Bank in downtown SF):  105 (probably more carbs in that coleslaw than I thought; or the stress of driving 2+ hours in Bay Area traffic on a Friday afternoon did a number on my BGs)
Snack:  2 drinks (rye on the rocks)

Dinner:  Lemon Matcha Dang That's Good! bar

Sunday, October 13:

Breakfast:  avocado, 1/2 cup (in-shell) salt-and-pepper pistachios, 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Chocolate, coffee    

10:30 AM (snack):  almond pancakes with whipped cream (1/2 cup almond flour, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup half & half, 1/2 cup whipped cream), coffee with 1 oz. whipped cream (half & half was sour, so we used it for the pancakes, so I used whipped cream for the coffee, too)

12:15 PM (snack):  2 oz. cinnamon vodka

1:58 PM (before lunch):  97
Lunch: Carbmaster black forest cake yogurt, 2 slices medium cheddar (21 grams ea.), 1/4 cup unsalted mixed nuts

5:18 PM (before dinner):  85
Dinner:  Louisiana hot, 1 cup spaghetti squash with basil pesto, TJ's cheesecake (no crust), 7 TJ's frozen cherries
