9:35 AM (snack):  coffee with heavy cream

11:00 AM (snack):  1/4 cup unsalted mixed nuts, 1.5 oz. cinnamon vodka with 1 oz. Irish whiskey (tasted pretty good!)

12:42 PM (before lunch):  92
Lunch:  2 slices pepperjack, 2 oz. Carando hard salame sandwich slices, SlimFast keto bar (whipped peanut butter chocolate), 1/8 cup dry roasted, unsalted macadamias

Dinner: salmon patty, low-carb chocolate/peanut butter ice cream with whipped cream

Tuesday, Feb 18

Breakfast: 1/4 cup oats and water slurry to break the fast, 3 fried eggs

Lunch: romaine salad topped with grilled chicken, dumped garlic bread (it was business meeting), iced tea

Dinner: 10 oz steamed bag of "italian blend" veggies, two TJ meatballs, frozen berries for dessert.
