Lunch: grilled steak, steamed broccoli, butter; baked apple with splenda and cinnamon for dessert

Snack: slice of swiss and roast beef deli roll

Dinner: tried scottish cock-a-leeky soup (one chicken, broth, 3 leaks, 2 carrots, 2 sticks celery, 12 shredded prunes in large pot) and it was quite good; scoop of No Sugar Added vanilla ice cream with cup of mixed frozen berries.
