Breakfast: deli roll swiss cheese and uncured ham slices, black coffee

Snack: 2 london fog shortbread cookies I made (almond meal, butter, splenda), 2 nugs of tea with cream; that high in fat snack and tea made my stomach feel like I need a lot of dry toast to fix it but I resisted; had a pear to fight the feeling

Lunch: chicken broth with dark chicken meat, tea

Dinner: steak with green beans and olive oil, one tablespoon mashed potatoes, tea

Lunch: broth and chicken breast, almond and splenda shortbread with no-sugar strawberry jam, tea

Snack: hotdog with slice of 7 grain sprouted bread

Dinner: hamburger crumbles and leek hash, lots of tea; later TJ corn scoops and salsa.

Lunch: italian meatballs hash (chopped frozen meatballs, sliced leeks, peppers, mushrooms; hubby god a little diced potatoes in his), apple, tea

Snack: 1 oz cheddar

Dinner: chicken kung pao stir fry with extra veggies (all frozen TJs products), tried savory cheese scones made with 50% almond flour, hot chai tea with heavy cream (NOT the sweetened kind).

Trying not to snack between meals, it helps better BG and makes testing consistent.
