Dinner:  Cobb salad (turkey, ham, blue cheese, hard-boiled egg, bacon) with grilled shrimp, 2 oz. blackened hogfish, and blue cheese dressing

6:00 PM (snack): 1 oz. gin on the rocks

1:00 PM (lunch, at the Florida Keys Brewing Company, with low-carb treats by Healthy D'Lites):  16 oz. cream ale, most of a chocolate chip cookie cheesecake (per serving:  247 calories; 3 grams carbs, 15 grams fat, 6 grams protein),  vegan "Snicker" BarZ (298 calories, 5 grams carbs, 14 grams fat, 5 grams protein)

4:49 PM (before dinner): 131 [I blame the cream ale]  
Dinner: 4 oz. grilled London broil, lettuce, sauteed onions and celery, 3/4 cup cauliflower rice with butter

8:00 PM (snack): 1 oz. cinnamon vodka
