When you got PG, how soon did your BG go up?

We are TTC now and I am not on any meds now, but I was an insulin dependant gestational diabetic during my last pregnancy 3 years ago.

 

I know I'll need to be on insulin at some point, and my doc won't let me take any meds once I am pregnant (metformin, glyburide, etc) so insulin is her first and only resort (along w/ diet and exercise of course)

 

Anyway, I was just wondering when your blood sugar started to rise, and how quickly did you need to change your regimen?
