I was wondering what level a babies bsl has to be to be classed as hyperglycemic?

The criteria for diagnosing diabetes is the same in all.

fasting 126 mg/dl

OGTT 200 mg/dl or greater at the two hour mark. (Some say anytime during the 2 hour test)

200 mg/dl or greater with symptoms. Of course these will need to be a second test done to confirm.

Why are you asking? Is your child having symptoms. If so I would contact your pediatrician with your concerns.

I appreciate the concern which is been rose. The things need to be sorted out because it is about the individual but it can be with everyone. The initiative taken for the concern is very serious and need an attention of every one. This is the concern which exists in the society and needs to be eliminated from the society as soon as possible.
