Just found out Im pregnant

I am type 2 .and just found that I am 4weeks pragnant,now 5th has been just started...

2 months back my Hb1ac was 8.6

But from last month the lowest sugar levels I got was 3.5 and the highest was 9.9

Trying to control by my diet...

plz can anyone suggests,what type of diet should be taken..

much worried...its my first pregnancy and don't want to loose...

and what type of exercise can be done during ist trimester??

Plz guide me lil with ur experience..
