37 weeks, 3 days... Waiting game!

Hello all! Just thought I'd post an update. I've past the full term marker and am just waiting for my little man to make his appearance. Everything is still looking really good. I'm scheduled to be induced on the 23rd if he doesn't come on his own before then. Tomorrow they'll check my cervix to see how I'm progressing. Every NST has been great, and my last A1c came back down from the 6.8 to a 6.4. I really think, after what I've experienced with this pregnancy, I can get that A1C down even lower for my next pregnancy (not planning that any time real soon right now... I'm ready to bend at the middle again for awhile).

 

Thanks for all the great tips and advice that you give here! It's been wonderful to know how other pregnant diabetics are handling things.
