Can anyone tell me where to buy erythritol? I've looked in all my grocery stores and health food stores? They don't even know what it is? Help

You can buy it online. I use Netrition for a lot of my low-carb stuff. I'm sure they sell it in a store somewhere, but I just find it easier to order online. :)

I just googled it and it's all over the place. Now foods on Amazon for example. My mom gets xylitol at the health food store. I had to stop using Truvia, which might contain a similar sugar alcohol.

I've been buying it for about 4 years. Netritition has it, Swanson's vitamins, Vitacost . I recently bought a 5 lb bag for a fairly cheap price at Honeyville Grains. In the regular store you can find Truvia, which is a mix of Stevia and Erythitol.
