When walking very fast or running a stange discomfort in the abdomen.

Could this be hernia or some problem with my stomach ?

It could be your body telling you that you and running might not be cut out for each other anymore.

Seriously though...I'd go see the doctor maybe get an ultra sound, some answers from some real tests and a doctor's opinion.

That definitely sounds like one that you need your doc to answer.

I passed off my "strange pain" as "side stitches" for about a year, because I never felt it except when running. Eventually went to a doc -- got a tentative dx of ovarian cyst. The opened me up to do some exploratory surgery and get a look at the presumed cyst -- and ended up removing my badly infected appendix. Said they hardly ever see cases of chronic appendicitis, so they never even consider it.

"Strange discomfort" is going to be best diagnosed by a hands-on exam.

Yes I'm not sure if it is hernia or just belly fat do to there is no pain

If I hold my abdomen in with my hands when I walk fast I don't really seem to get this funny feeling.
