Nice voice, I like the song, but what a gruesome (and all too true) video.

Hozier is from Ireland (in fact from the county where I live) it's worth checking his other work. I like the darkness of the video

Wow, talk about come for the diabetes but stay for the music!!!  Where was this thread?

Todd, those speakers are incredible -- I cannot even figure out how to wire the 7 year old cheap speakers from Costco to our TV, and sadly, my husband claims he can't figure it out either (he is not an engineer).

Also, I love all of these songs.  Some of my all time faves are here - George Jones and the soundtrack from Stayin Alive (I agree best ever, though Car Wash was pretty good too).

Stairway to Heaven?  My gosh, so many hours listening to that, and Pink Floyd and Genesis.

The only thing this thread needs is a little bit of 70s funk:

Kool and the Gang, Take My Heart -- my BFF and I spent hours driving around in her "Heavy Chevy" playing this full blast 37 years later and she is still my best friend!

And Brick House:

We spent many hours drinking cheap wine and dancing to this Parliament song:

I like the ironic humor in some of the old country songs, not so much the newer Nashville.  This is an old favorite.
