Ketogenic ratio . Calculation by meal or by daily consumption ?

I often wonder, if for obtaining the best stability and magnitude of the insulin-glucose reaction to a meal, its best to maintain the same KR for each meal. Another factor  could be , at which meal to eat the most carbs ie in the morning when we are less insulin resistant ? . Maybe someone here knows the answers, or has done some trials ? or has some references.

I would suggest this is a highly individual thing.

On a separate note, I would point out it's perhaps possible to overthink what you're eating.....

I will say that, for me...my highest-calorie and largest meal of the day is lunch.  Just works best for me that way.  But, every person is different.

Yup, this is a personal thing at best because no two people respond to food the same way--physically or mentally (stress from eating or not eating certain foods may raise BG levels regardless of macro-nutrient content).
