Update- 1 month and 4 days with no sugar and low carbs

I've lost 17 pounds. I check glucose in the mornings after fasting. It has been as low as 98, and as high as 123. I have a sinus infection, and think that may give me a high reading.

Exercising every day. Go to the gym 2 nights a week.

Chugging right along.

Thanks for the good advice and tips.
