Apple Cider Vinegar & Carb Blockers

Meant to put this on the type 2 forum. Can't figure out how to delete this one. Sorry. Any thoughts on using either of these? I've read about how drinking apple cider vinegar before bed can help lower blood sugar. With the carb blockers I've read that they can be effective, but can result in blood sugar going too low. Does anyone have experience with either? Good or bad.
