I am currently working out to increase my muscle mass and some body transformation.  Someone mentioned to me about the benefits they saw from using L-Leucine as a supplement.   


Has as anyone here ever tried this supplement?  What were your result?


i am doing a sixty day challenge at the gym for body transformation.  I was thinking that this might help me maintain the muscle mass I am trying to gain.   If it matters, I am adhering to a very LOW carb diet by increasing fats and some protein in my diet.  I am eating approximately 10 carbs a day.  Not easy!
