Pork tacos!

There are a number of options for low carb tortillas.  I'm planning on trying these at some point in the future.

Or, depending on the flavoring, go for an asian inspired stir fry.

Stir fry a mixture of vegetables.  I like cabbage (or bok choy), mushrooms, peppers, onion, cauliflower, snow peas, etc.  For seasonings I use garlic, ginger, soy, chili oil, sesame oil, and sometimes fish sauce.

Toss in pork at the end along with some raw zoodles.  Stir fry for a couple more minutes until the meat is hot and the zoodles are cooked to your preference.

Low carb BBQ sauce

-- 1 cup SF Ketchup (Heinz 1 gram)

-- 1/4 cup SF Maple Syrup (more if you like it sweeter, or sweetener of your choice)

-- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

-- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (or to taste)

-- salt and pepper to taste

-- liquid smoke to taste

Throw in some low carb coleslaw and fathead dough buns :)
