Hi guys. Haven't posted for awhile, but have been checking in and reading.


Does anyone here take MCT oil or Brain Octane?


Care to share your experiences re glucose levels, keto, appetite, mental clarity, etc?


Yesterday I started taking a teaspoon 3 times a day, as opposed to the 1 tablespoon, as suggested at first to avoid "disaster pants" :o, and so far so good.
