Brown rice

Starting a little Brown Rice in meals now.  Maybe 1/4 cup to start.   Under 104 most of the day.   Will pump it up just a bit tomorrow.  I miss my whole grains, this is TJ's cooked Brown rice so I can just grab a little bit at a time.  Rice should hit me quick?    not this.  some exercise and way trucks today.

1/4 cup again,  smoked oysters, sliced tomatoes and green onions.  104 hours after, I think 98 before this dinner.    above?   'wax trucks'

I'd suggest checking at 1 hour after and two and see how the numbers are going.  

 

A lot of us don't touch any grains because they're all high in carbs and can blow the numbers away quickly.  My doctor commented that rice is basically sugar.  

 

But that's the best, test to your meter and see if you can handle it, especially if you're prediabetic.
