Want to bring my LDL down naturally

Recommended Posts

dowling gram

Unless you've taken 1 or the other no one would know. Look up the side effects of both choices then pick the one you'd like to try and see where that gets you. Frankly your cholesterol is not that high and I wouldn't worry too much about it.

If you stick to low carb it may come down on it's own--mine did

Sorry, but I was expecting an answer in simple English, not at all good at idioms. :P

Sorry prateek, What I mean is I wouldn't do anything at all.

Don't like statins? (I don't). Red yeast rice is a naturally occurring statin that will have all the same side effects, and less controlled dosage of the active ingredient. I never saw the attraction.

I know I probably should say too much because my answer will always be the same,

you should ask for intravenous food, they give it to everyone who cant open their jaw

it isn't new and it always works,

it will definitely drop your blood sugar to any level the intravenous food is

whatever the nutrients you need the intravenous food will always have

if you convince your doctor to give it to you then  I need intravenous food also

there are people who lived for decades just on intravenous food and nothing else

please post this to other people so it doesn't look like im spamming everyone about this topic

I should be able to tell my doctor I want intravenous food and they should give it to me, just like a person who is at risk

of a heart attack or a person who cant open their jaw because I am at risk of heart attack and it is a very serious risk

Just curious, you don't find this solution a tad over the top.....
