Breakfast egg casserole

Has anyone ever made one of these and frozen it for later cooking? Or cook and then freeze and reheat later?

I haven't done it myself, but an egg based casserole should be able to freeze well.  I can't think of any reason why it shouldn't.  Cook before freezing of course.  I don't know how well raw eggs would freeze.

It won't cook well with frozen raw eggs but will freeze well if cooked and then frozen, I make individual quiches in muffin cups and freeze the left overs and I make an egg casserole in the crock pot. Both freeze well once cooked. I reheat in the microwave
