Cauliflower and blood glucose

Hi aqsa, I really dont see the point in your channel as its well known that different foods affect different folk.

Its known as YMMV ..your mileage may vary.

There are numerous listings throughout google advising different control methods  so I think your just chasing a dead horse.

Of course I realise people can make money on making youtube videos but theyre not all credible.

Adiantum is right, no two people will have the same reactions to the same foods.  One person can eat an apple, and it drives their glucose levels through the roof, while another person can eat an apple, and it barely raises their glucose level.  This holds true for most anything, not just food.  Everyone's body is different, and everyone's body reacts differently to most things.  I could walk outside for hours on a sunny day, and just get a slight sunburn, whereas a guy I knew some years ago, would walk outside on a cloudy day for two hours, and would get badly sunburned.

This is the reason why prescription drugs have a list of side effects.  That list of side effects are what some people experienced, whereas others had no side effects.

I say keep doing it! There might be people out there who have similar reactions and can relate to you!
