In really good shape right now?

I woke to 96.  After exercise , 116 (normal after a long walk-30-40 min).   Lunch, low carb wrap with pepperoni and cheese, wine,  and relax on a hot day here.  before dinner, I was 89.  this never happens.  After chicken, Brussels sprouts and bone broth  happy to see what it will be next.
