advise on cereals required

(1)Quaker oats

Quaker Wholegrain Rolled Oats (79%), Skimmed Milk Powder, Cream Powder (Milk).

Also, may contain: Wheat, Barley, Rye, Egg, Soya and Nuts.

I have boxes containing 5 sachets.

one sachet per breakfast.

carbs per sachet is 26, of which sugars 5.6

 

 

(2. ) Moma porridge sachets with super seeds

ingredients

Wholegrain gluten free oats.(68 percent), skimmed milk powder, pumpkin seeds 3 percent, linseed 3 percent, chia seeds 1 percent.
Carbs 38 g of which Sugar 10 g
 
3. Golden Syrup Flavour quaker oats. (6 sachets in a box)
Quaker Wholegrain Rolled Oats (80%), Sugar, Natural Flavouring, Salt
Carbs hmm. this part is difficult. or I don't understand
Each pack is 49.6 grammes. 
per 832 kj (carbs 35, of which sugars 9.5)
per 1330 kj (carbs 47, of which sugars 21)
 
4. Tesco apple and cinnamon instant porridge oats (8 sachets in a box)
INGREDIENTS: Oat Flakes (88%), Sugar, Salt, Ground Cinnamon Spice, Flavouring, Dried Apple, Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite).
Each pack is 30 grammes. But for some reason a serving is 190 grammes,
Carbs per serving is 17.7grammes.of which sugars 2.2
 
5. Moma cranberry and raisin porridge sachets. (5 sachets per box) 
Wholegrain gluten free oats (63%), skimmed milk powder, raisins (7%), sugar, sweetened dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar) (6%).
Carbs per pack 44 percent of which sugars 18 percent.
 
6. nutri brex (24 in a box)
Ingredients wholegrain wheat (56 percent), wheat bran (25 percent), dessicated coconut (18 percent), sugar, wheat starch, honey (1.7 percent)
Carbs per two biscuits is 27 grammes of which sugars 3.2
 
Would need to sweeten 1,2, and 6.
Would use fruit.

I was eating Special K Protein which contained 19 grs. of carbs per serving, but I can no longer find it in super markets.

Advise? If you have diabetes or pre-diabetes, ditch them all. For a cereal-like dish, I heat ground flax or whole chia with heavy whipping cream, then top with more HWC and a sprinkle of berries.
